Smart Seating Generator suggests seating arrangements based on the rules you provide. It's a convenience tool, not a substitute for your own judgment — especially for anything with real consequences, like accessibility needs, required accommodations, allergies, or safety considerations in a classroom or venue. Always review a generated or suggested chart yourself before relying on it, and adjust by hand (click-to-swap works on every tier) if something doesn't look right.
The solver's limits
The rule solver checks whether your rules can be satisfied together and, when they can, applies an arrangement. It's built and tested carefully, but like any software it can have bugs or edge cases — a very unusual combination of rules, roster sizes, or table configurations might behave unexpectedly. If a result looks wrong, check it manually before printing or exporting.
